摘要
根据汽车车轮用钢B530CL的使用特点进行成分和工艺设计,采用复合微合金化技术在热轧1750生产线生产出抗拉强度≥530MPa的低成本高强度汽车车轮用钢。研究结果表明:开发的B530CL车轮用钢具备优良的微观组织,稳定的力学性能,优异的冷成型性能,试制的轮辋、轮辐成形合格率高,制作的车轮具有较高的疲劳寿命。
According to using the characteristics of steel B530 CL design composition and process, low cost and high strength steel of automotive wheels was produced through composite micro alloying technology in 1750 hot rolls production line.The tensile strength of it greater than or equal to 530 MPa.The result shows that the B530 CL automotive wheels steel has excellent microstructure, mechanical properties of stable and excellent cold formability. The steel trail manufacture wheel rim and rim spoke had high pass percentage in steel foming. The wheels have fatigue life which produced by B530 CL automotive wheels
