摘要
目的分析胫骨后侧平台骨折创伤关节镜下手术治疗的效果。方法将胫骨后侧平台骨折患者80例分为两组,对照组38例行传统手术治疗,观察组42例行创伤关节镜下手术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组骨折恢复优良率92.9%显著高于对照组的71.1%(P<0.05),术后6个月观察组膝关节功能评分显著高于对照组。观察组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论创伤关节镜下手术治疗胫骨后侧平台骨折疗效好,患者关节功能恢复理想,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of arthroscopy posterior tibial plateau fracture. Methods80 patients with posterior tibial plateau fracture were divided into two groups. Patients in the control group of 38 cases were treated with traditional surgery treatment, and patients in the observation group of 42 cases were treated with trauma surgery under arthroscopy. The efficacy of two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the recovery rate of fracture 92.9%, which was significantly higher than the control group 71.1%（P 〈 0.05）. 6 months after surgery, knee joint function score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The fracture healing time of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of trauma with posterior tibial plateau fractures has good effect, and the joint function recovery is ideal. It is worthy of promotion.
