从煤炭中提取腐殖酸的工艺及其结构研究 被引量:7

摘要 以风化煤、褐煤、泥炭为原料,经硝化、碱处理、酸化等步骤提取腐殖酸。通过单因素试验,探究了预处理方式、硝化时间、硝酸浓度、硝酸用量、硝化温度、碱液种类、碱液浓度和碱溶时间对腐殖酸提取率的影响,并采用红外光谱与元素分析技术对提取物进行表征。经试验确定的提取腐殖酸的最佳工艺条件:风化煤用质量分数8%硝酸于60℃下预处理30 min,然后用NaOH与Na_4P_2O_7质量比为1∶1的混合碱溶液在50℃下碱溶4 h,再用6 mol/L的HCl溶液调节pH至2,最后经离心分离得到目标产物。 Using weathered coal, lignite, peat as raw materials, through steps of nitration, alkali treatment and acidification, etc., the humic acid is extracted. By single factor experiment, the effects of pretreatment methods, nitration time, nitric acid concentration, nitric acid consumption, nitration temperature, alkali liquor type, alkali liquor concentration and alkali dissolution time on extracting humie acid are investigated, and the extractive is characterized with infrared spectrum and elemental analysis technologies. The optimum process conditions of extracting humic acid confirmed by experiments are as follows: weathered coal is pretreated with nitric acid of 8% mass fraction at 60 ℃ for 30 minutes, next it is treated with alkali dissolution by NaOH and Na4P4O7 aqueous alkali mixture in a mass ratio of 1 : 1 at 50 ℃ for 4 hours, then its pH is adjusted to 2 with 6 mol/L HCL solution, finally, by centrifugation, the target product is obtained.
