摘要
新型城镇化建设对地方高职院校的社会功能、办学定位、办学方式等提出了新的要求。地方高职院校需要从自身建设入手,在人才培养、教育方式和办学模式等方面做出相应的调整,才能服务地方经济、提高劳动者技能、促进市民化,形成学校和城市建设双赢。
The construction of new-type urbanization presents the new requirements on the local higher vocational colleges’ societal function, orientation, the way of running school. In order to make local higher vocational colleges contribute to the the local economy, improve workers vocational skills, promote the citizenization, the construction of new-type urbanization urges the local higher vocational colleges to reform their Talent cultivation, educational method, school-running pattern to create a win-win situation for the colleges and the city.
