摘要
术后恶心呕吐是术后常见的并发症,其发生率及严重程度受患者自身因素、麻醉及手术等因素的影响。针刺疗法主要通过影响体内阿片类物质的释放、5-羟色胺的传递以及调整消化系统的自主神经功能来防治术后恶心呕吐,临床上用于防治术后恶心呕吐的针刺疗法主要有经皮穴位电刺激、穴位按压、毫针针刺、电针、穴位注射和耳穴刺激。
Postoperative nausea and vomiting（ PONV） is a condition that commonly appears after surgery. The factors such as patients＇ own factors,anesthesia and surgery have effects on the incidence and severity of PONV.Acupuncture therapy can relieve PONV via the effects of in vivo opioid release,a change in serotonin transmission and adjustment of the autonomic nervous function of the digestive system. In clinical practice,transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation,acupressure,acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint injection and ear point stimulation are mainly used for prevention and treatment of PONV.
