摘要
目的考察一种中药空气消毒剂中香薷、桂枝、荆芥和连翘挥发油的体外抑菌作用。方法采用滤纸片法观察挥发油对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径;采用试管二倍稀释法结合平板划线法测定4种挥发油对3种细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果 4种挥发油对3种细菌具有一定程度的抑制作用,尤以香薷和桂枝挥发油对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌抑制作用较强,其MIC和MBC值相同,香薷挥发油对3种细菌的MIC分别为0.625μL·m L^(-1)、0.156μL·m L^(-1)、0.156μL·m L^(-1),桂枝挥发油对3种细菌的MIC分别为0.312μL·m L^(-1)、0.312μL·m L^(-1)和0.156μL·m L^(-1)。结论 4种中药挥发油中香薷和桂枝挥发油的抑菌活性较为显著。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibacterial activity of Moslae chinensis volatile oil,Cinnamomum cassia volatile oil,Schizonepeta tenuifolia volatile oil and Forsythia suspensa volatile oil of a chinese traditional medicine air disinfectant towards Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. METHODS Filtering paper method was used to measure the inhibition zone diameters; The minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration( MBC) of four volatile oils on three bacterias were detected by tube double dilution method combined with plate streak. RESULTS Four volatile oils had some degrees of antibacterial activity on three bacterias,Herba moslae and Ramulus cinnamomi volatile oil showed strong bacteriostatic effect,the MIC were 0.625 μL·mL^-1,0.156 μL·mL^-1,0.156 μL·mL^-1 and 0.312 μL·mL^-1,0.312 μL·mL^-1,0.156 μL·mL^-1,respectively,which was the same as their MBC. CONCLUSION Moslae chinensis and Cinnamomum cassia volatile oils had remarkable antibacterial activity.
