摘要
急性心肌梗死是因冠状动脉急性闭塞,供血急剧减少或中断使心肌持久而严重的缺血致使心肌坏死,是最常见的心血管急症。尽快进行正确的溶栓治疗可以最大限度地挽救濒死的心肌细胞,配合多种健康教育模式对患者进行溶栓药物及治疗方案的宣教,可以提高溶栓治疗的成功率、增加患者治疗依从性和满意度。
Acute myocardial infarction is the most common cardiovascular emergencies, originated from the acute coronary artery occlusion, reduced or interrupt of blood supply causing the myocardial long-lasting and severe ischemic myocardial necrosis. Timely and correct thrombolysis treatment may save the dying cardiomyocytes to a great extent. Combined it with various health education modes on thrombolytic drugs and therapeutic regimen in patients, it may improve the success rate of thrombolysis treatment, the compliance and satisfaction degree of the patiens.
