摘要
目的分析在0级糖尿病足患者的临床治疗中,中医药茶并足部穴位按摩的治疗效果。方法 48例0级糖尿病足患者,随机分为单一组与合并组,各24例。两组患者均接受基础性治疗,单一组患者在此基础上服用甲钴胺分散片治疗,合并组患者在基础治疗基础上接受足部穴位按摩并中医药茶治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、足部的疼痛及麻木感评分。结果单一组治疗显效8例,改善7例,无效9例,总有效率为62.5%;合并组治疗显效13例,改善10例,无效1例,总有效率为95.8%。合并组治疗总有效率高于单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,合并组患者麻木与疼痛感评分分别为(3.1±0.7)、(3.2±0.9)分,均低于单一组的(7.3±1.2)、(6.4±1.1)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在0级糖尿病足患者的临床治疗中,将足部穴位按摩与中医药茶结合应用的效果较好,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze curative effect by traditional Chinese herb tea combined with foot acupoint massage in the treatment of grade 0 diabetic foot patients. Methods A total of 48 patients with grade 0 diabetic foot were randomly divided into single group and combined group, with 24 cases in each group. Both groups received basic therapy, and the single group received additional mecobalamine dispersible tablets for treatment, while the combined group received traditional Chinese herb tea combined with foot acupoint massage on the basis of basic therapy. Comparison was made on curative effects, foot pain score and numbness score between the two groups. Results There were 8 excellent cases, 7 improved cases and 9 ineffective cases in the single group, with total effective rate as 62.5%. There were 13 excellent cases, 10 improved cases and 1 ineffective case in the combined group, with total effective rate as 95.8%. The combined group had higher total effective rate than the single group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the combined group had numbness score and pain score respectively as （3.1 ± 0.7） and （3.2 ± 0.9） points, which were all lower than （7.3 ± 1.2） and （6.4 ± 1.1） points in the single group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical treatment of grade 0 diabetic foot patients, combination of foot acupoint massage and traditional Chinese herb tea provides excellent effect. This method is worth clinical promotion.
