摘要
目的:探讨CT检查在子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年1月45例经手术和病理证实的子宫肌瘤患者的CT扫描表现,总结其影像学特征。结果:CT扫描45例患者中,子宫外形弥漫性增大30例,占66.7%,子宫呈分叶状15例,占33.3%;26例可见宫腔形态改变,宫腔变小并呈新月形或线状或宫腔扩大,占57.8%。CT平扫子宫肌瘤密度不均匀者16例,占35.6%,较均匀者29例,占64.5%,肿块的边缘一般较光滑平整,无毛刺,边界均较为清晰。CT增强扫描病灶呈低密度36例,等密度4例,高密度5例,部分病灶呈不均匀强化。结论:子宫肌瘤CT扫描具有特征性的影像学表现,其对子宫肌瘤临床诊断有较高的价值。
Objective： To investigate the applied value of CT examination in the diagnosis of uterus myoma.Method： 45 cases of CT scaning patients with uterus myoma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were studied retrospectively, and imaging feature was ： 30 cases of patients were diffuse enlargement in uterine morphology, proportion was 66.7%, and 15 cases of 45 were lobulated in uterine morphology, proportion was 33.3%; and there was 26 cases with morphological changes of uterine cavity, and uterine cavity became small with crescent or linear shape, or uterine cavity was enpand, ratio was 57.8%; in CT plain scaning, uneven density of uterine morphology was 16 cases, proportion was 35.6%, and even density of uterine morphology was 29 cases, proportion was 64.5%, and shape of tumor was smooth without maocizhuang, and boundary was clear. and in CT enhanced scaning, 36 cases was low density of focus, 4 cases was equal density of focus and 5 cases was high density of focus, and part of focus was inhomogeneous enhancement.Conclusion： Uterus myoma has characteristic imaging changes in CT seaning, CT examination has high diagnostic value for clinical diagnosis in uterine flbroids.
