摘要
针对家具制造企业涂装过程产生的含挥发性有机物(VOCs)废气,提出光催化-喷淋吸收耦合技术处理此类废气.该方法在传统处理技术基础上利用催化剂的光催化活性,提高行业典型VOCs处理效率的同时解决现有涂装废气治理技术存在的运行费用高、降解产物不彻底等问题.在前期小试基础上,研发出1套设计气量为1 000m3/h的光催化-喷淋吸收耦合净化装置,并对本装置降解行业典型挥发性有机物的效果和工程应用可行性进行研究.结果表明,该装置处理甲苯、乙酸乙酯的降解效率分别达到52.82%、63.99%.相关运行费用与现有工艺相比具有一定竞争力.因此,该技术可为解决家具制造行业涂装废气污染问题提供新的途径.
Photocatalyt ic-absorpt ion technique was applied to decompose the v o la t i le organic compounds (VOCs) from paint ing process in fu rn i tu re m a n u fa c tu r in g enterprises. T he p h o to ca ta ly t ic a c t iv i ty o f the catalyst was ut i l ized to improve the degradation eff iciency o f the typ ica l V O C s , w h i le solving the problems of high running cost and incomplete degradation o f the e x is t in g exhaust gas tre a tm e n t te ch n o lo g y. A photocatalytic-absorption c o n f ig u ra t io n w h ich is capable o f t re a t in g p a in t in g exhaust gas at 1 000 m3/h was developed on basis of la b o ra to ry te s t. T h e effect o f typ ica l VOCs degradation and the fe a s ib i l i ty of engineering appl ication were also in ve s tig ate d. T h e removal eff iciency o f toluene and e th y l acetate are 52. 82% and 63. 99%, re sp e c t ive ly. Operating costs o f the technology have comparative competitiveness compared wi th other cu r re n t operating process. T h is process provides a n ew ly e f f ic ie n t a lte rn a t ive to the conventional methods for the removal o f VOC s.
