摘要
慢性病已成为我国居民健康的首要负担和威胁,且发病呈快速上升趋势,尚未得到有效遏制。基于卫生系统视角,从卫生筹资、领导治理、卫生人力及技术、信息化及医疗服务提供等角度深入分析慢性病防治现状及存在问题,梳理国际慢性病防治经验,提出我国慢性病防治优化模式及建议,为我国推进慢性病防控提供依据。
Chronic diseases have become the primary burden which threaten the health of residents in China with incidence increasing rapidly, but it has not been effectively curbed. Based on the perspective of health system, the paper analyzed the current situation and problems of chronic diseases control and prevention from multiple dimensions, including health financing, management, health manpower and technology, informatization and medical service supply. The international chronic diseases prevention model and experience were discussed, the optimal model of chronic diseases control and prevention in China was proposed, which provided the basis for China to promote prevention and control of chronic diseases.
