摘要
将价值工程原理与寿命周期成本理论应用到商品房购置决策过程中，构建出了置业决策综合评价模型，并对具体的项目进行了验证，从定量分析的角度为决策提供依据．
In this paper, the theory of value engineering and the theory of life cycle costs are applied to the decisionmaking process of commercial housing purchase, the comprehensive evaluation model of house purchasing decisionis built, the specific projects are verified, and the basis for decision making is provided from the angle of quantitativeanalysis
