摘要
中国共青团在我国政治体制中占有极其重要的地位,但相关理论研究却很缺乏。近年来,随着大批具有共青团工作经历的干部纷纷活跃于中国政坛各个领域,共青团这一课题逐渐引起西方政治学界的重视。然而,出于固有的思维定势和研究理论的局限,西方学界主要从非正式政治的考量角度去探究共青团组织及其干部,较少从制度层面去关注其作为政治精英培养、输送的重要职能。本文介绍了西方政治学界关于共青团研究的理论依据、研究成果,并对其成果的理论适用性、研究对象、研究方法提出若干质疑。
The role of the Chinese Communist Youth League within China＇s politics is significant. But such an important institution has received insufficient analysis for a long time. Since Hu Jintao＇s coming into power, a reasonable number of cadres, with the youth league working experiences, have entered the China＇s elite politics. And this institution arouses the attention of Western scholars. However, limited by bias and misunderstanding, scholars from the Western political science regarded the Youth League as the cause of certain political faction, not an institution of preparing qualified elites for the Party. This paper will systematically analyze the former researches of the youth leagues in the Western world.
