摘要
在不同水温(14、20、25、27.5、32℃)条件下,测定了不同规格黑尾近红鲌(Ancherythroculter nigrocauda)鱼种(Ⅰ:6~8 cm,1.45~2.89 g,Ⅱ:9~11 cm,3.73~6.26 g,Ⅲ:25.0~26.8 cm,119.36~123.64 g)的耗氧率和窒息点。结果表明:黑尾近红鲌鱼种耗氧量和耗氧率随水温上升而升高,呈显著正相关,规格Ⅰ和规格Ⅱ的耗氧量关系式分别为:Y_(Ⅰ-1)=0.005 3X1.484 8(R2=0.996 2)、Y_(Ⅱ-1)=0.003 8X1.767 1(R2=0.985 7);耗氧率关系式分别为:Y_(Ⅰ-2)=0.003 0X1.510 6(R2=0.960 4)、Y_(Ⅱ-2)=0.001 4X1.650 3(R2=0.986 6)。黑尾近红鲌鱼种的窒息点随水温的上升和鱼体规格的增加略有升高,但其窒息点较低,三种规格鱼种的平均窒息点分别为0.37mg/L、0.44 mg/L和0.40 mg/L。在水温14~32℃条件下,黑尾近红鲌鱼种的耗氧率具有明显的周期性变化,可根据其活动规律指导人工养殖。
The oxygen consumpution rate( OCR) and asphyxiant point( AP) of Ancherythroculter nigrocauda fingerling( Ⅰ: 6 ~ 8 cm,1. 45 ~ 2. 89 g,Ⅱ: 9 ~ 11 cm,3. 73 ~ 6. 26 g,Ⅲ: 25. 0 ~ 26. 8 cm,119. 36 ~ 123. 64 g) was determined at different temperatures( 14 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃,27. 5 ℃ and 32 ℃). The results showed that the OCR and AP of A.nigrocauda fingerling was significant positive correlation with water temperature. The relationships of oxygen consumption( OC) and water temperature of groupⅠ and groupⅡ were YⅠ- 1= 0. 005 3X^1. 484 8( R^2= 0. 996 2) and YⅡ- 1= 0. 0038X^1. 767 1( R^2= 0. 985 7),respectively. The relationships of OCR and water temperature of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were YⅠ- 2= 0. 003 0X^1. 510 6( R^2= 0. 960 4) and YⅡ- 2= 0. 001 4X^1. 650 3( R^2= 0. 986 6),respectively. The AP of A. nigrocauda fingerling was slightly rised with the rising of water temperature and fish sizes,but it has low OCR and AP,the average AP of different sizes was 0. 37 mg/L,0. 44 mg/L and 0. 40 mg/L,respectively. The OCR of A. nigrocauda fingerling had significant periodic variation at 14 ~ 32 ℃,and it can be used in artificial culture.
