Advances in laboratory testing for Clostridium difficile infection

摘要 艰难梭菌（Clostridium difficile,CD）是一种专性厌氧的革兰阳性芽孢杆菌,1935年首次在新生儿肠道正常菌群中被分离出来。1978年起人们发现该细菌是引起抗生素相关性腹泻、医院性腹泻及假膜性肠炎的主要病原体。
