摘要
总分馆模式下图书馆服务覆盖范围迅速扩大,读者需求也更加多样化,这些变化对文献资源建设提出更高的要求。通过质量控制工作可以优化图书馆内部管理,解决文献采选数量和质量之间的矛盾,提高文献资源的入藏和服务水平。在总分馆模式下图书馆应当遵循系统性、动态性、均衡性等原则,根据文献资源建设工作每个阶段的特点制定质量控制的目标和任务,对文献资源建设工作实施全过程的控制。
With the rapidly expanded coverage of library service and the diverse demands of readers in center-branch library system, the construction of literature resource has faced higher requirements. Quality control can optimize the management of library, resolve the contradiction between quantity and quality of literature collection and improve the collection and service level. In the center-branch library system, library should follow the systematic, dynamic and equalizing principles to control the whole process of literature resource construction according to the different ob- jectives and tasks at each stage.
