赤芍饮片标准汤剂制备及质量标准研究 被引量:15

A Research on Preparation and Quality Standard of the Standard Decoction of Paeoniae Radix Rubra

摘要 目的:制备赤芍饮片标准汤剂,并进行质量标准研究。方法:以水为溶剂,标准化工艺制备标准汤剂,采用UPLC-DAD法测定芍药苷含量,并进行转移率、出膏率计算及指纹图谱研究。结果:15批次赤芍样品制成的标准汤剂中芍药苷含量范围为3.79-5.68 mg·m L^(-1),芍药苷转移率范围为56.58%-90.14%,平均转移率为73.97%,标准偏差为10.91%。出膏率范围为16.74%-29.24%,平均出膏率为21.82%,标准偏差为3.55%。指纹图谱共有峰11个,确认4个,分别是:氧化芍药苷(RT=4.489),芍药内酯苷(RT=7.752),芍药苷(RT=8.192),苯甲酰芍药苷(RT=26.212)。结论:本研究中的样品处理方法简单易行、重复性好,可用于赤芍标准汤剂的制备及质量标准研究。 The aim of this study was to the prepare the standard decoction of paeoniae radix rubra for its investigation of quality standard. The standard decoction of paeoniae radix rubra was dissolved by water using standardization method and the content of peoniflorin was determined by UPLC-DAD. Then the transfer rate and the rate of extractum were calculated, and the fingerprint analysis was carried out. As a result, the content of the standard decoction of paeonia lactiflora ranged from 3.79 to 5.68 mg·m L^-1 from 15 paeoniflorin batches, while the transfer rate ranged from 56.58% to 90.14%, and the average transfer rate was 73.97% and the standard deviation was 10.91%. The rate of extractum ranged from 16.74% to 29.24%, the average yield was 21.82% and the standard deviation was 3.55%. There were eleven common peaks, four of which were identified, including oxypaeoniflorin, albiflorin, paeoniflorin and benzoylpaeoniflorin. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that the method was simple with good repeatability for the preparation and quality standard studies of the standard decoction of paeoniae radix rubra.
