化学发光酶免疫分析法及ELISA用于丙型肝炎抗体检测的效果对比观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨化学发光酶免疫分析法和ELISA在丙型肝炎抗体中的检测效果。方法选取我院2014年12月-2015年11月接收的丙型肝炎患者332例,随机分为对照组和观察组患者各166例,抽取患者血液,检测其丙型肝炎抗体。其中,对照组患者采用ELISA法的检测其阳性检出率,观察组患者则采用化学发光酶免疫分析法检测其阳性检出率。结果化学发光酶免疫分析法对该抗体为97.6%阳性检出率,显著高于ELISA法的92.8%,具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。此外,化学发光酶免疫分析法检出抗AMA-M2抗体的概率是78.3%,明显高于ELISA法的阳性检出率12.7%;化学发光酶免疫分析法对于抗3 E抗体的阳性检出率为72.9%,明显高于ELISA法的阳性检出率13.3%;化学发光酶免疫分析法检出阳性抗SP100抗体概率是38.0%,明显高于ELISA法的阳性检出率14.5%;化学发光酶免疫分析法检出阳性抗PML抗体概率为56.0%,高于ELISA法的11.4%;化学发光酶免疫分析法检出阳性抗GP210抗体的概率为48.2%,明显高于ELISA法的阳性检出率6.0%,具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论化学发光酶免疫分析法在丙型肝炎抗体检测中阳性检出率明显的好于ELISA法检测,可以推广于丙型肝炎抗体的检验。 Objective To study the effect of chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay and ELISA for the testing of hepatitis C antibody. Methods 332 cases of hepatitis C patients cured in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 166 cases in each. The blood of patient was extracted, and the hepatitis C antibody of patient was detected. In the control group, the positive detection rate was detected by ELISA method, and the positive detection rate of the patients in the observation group was detected by the chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay method. Results The positive detection rate of hepatitis C antibody was 97.6%, which was significantly higher than that of ELISA method. The positive rate of hepatitis C antibody was 93.4%, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Furthermore, the CLEIA for anti AMA-M2 antibody positive rate was 78.3%, the positive rate was significantly higher than that of ELISA method with12.7%. Chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay for anti 3E antibody positive rate was 72.9%, the positive rate was significantly higher than that of ELISA method with13.3%. Chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay for anti SP100 antibody positive rate was 38%, which was higher than that of ELISA method with 14.5%. Chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay for anti PML antibody positive rate was 56%, which was higher than that of ELISA 11.4%. Chemical analysis method for anti GP210 antibody positive rate was 48.2% luminescence enzyme immunoassay, the positive rate was significantly higher than that of ELISA with 6%. Conclusion The CLEIA in hepatitis C antibody test is significantly better than that of ELISA method. It can be extended to hepatitis C antibody test.
