摘要
利用试验的方法测定不同含量的银基钎料(FAgCuZnCdSn)在不同的烧结温度下,对金刚石刀头硬度、抗弯强度和刀头微观组织等性能的影响。结果表明:添加FAgCuZnCdSn可提高刀头的硬度和抗弯强度,刀头微观金相组织也变得更加均匀。同时热压烧结温度对刀头性能也有很大的影响,提高烧结温度可使刀头的合金化程度提高,硬度和抗弯强度提高。综合考虑,添加FAgCuZnCdSn为12%(质量分数),烧结温度为780℃最佳。
In this paper, the test method for determining the different levels of silver-based solder (FAgCuZnCdSn) , the different sintering temperature effected on the diamond blade hardness, bending strength and heads microstructure and other properties. The results showed that: adding FAgCuZnCdSn can increase the hardness and bending strength of the tip, the tip microscopic crystal phase structures had become more uniform. At the same time, pressing the sintering temperature also had a great impact on the head performance, increasing the sintering temperature can increase the degree of alloying tip, hardness and bending strength. Taken together, adding FAgCuZnCdSn mass fraction of 12% , the sintering temperature of 780 ℃ was best.
