摘要 结合质量功能展开过程中质量屋的模糊表达,建立了基于博弈论的顾客需求确定模型,弥补了传统顾客需求确定方法不能考虑多方利益相关者的不足。将顾客需求权重确定过程看作利益相关者进行二人零和博弈的过程,运用最大最小化标准,通过求解博弈过程的帕累托最优解以获得顾客需求的重要程度排序。并以汽车销售数据为例进行了实证研究,结果表明,本文所提出的方法是有效且可行的。 Combined with fuzzy expression of house of quality in quality function deployment, we establish a model to determine the customer requirements based on game theory, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional methods in determining the importance of customer requirements. We view the process of determining the importance of customer requirements as a two-person zero-sum game between the stakeholders. We then use the max-min standard to ob the order of the importance of customer requirements. ain Pareto optimal solution of the game, and get An empirical study of car sales shows that the proposed approach is effective and feasible.
