大段别雷管孔外延期技术在隧道快速掘进中的应用 被引量:1

On the Application of the Outside-Hole Delay Technique for Large-Segment Detonators to the Rapid Excavation of a Tunnel

摘要 以青岛地铁2号线某区间隧道近接建筑物爆破施工为背景,采用大段别雷管孔外延期技术,对上下台阶爆破网路进行优化,实现隧道快速掘进施工。结果表明:大段别雷管孔外延期技术可以实现上下台阶一次起爆,使每爆破循环节约用时1.5h,大大加快了隧道施工进度。 With the blasting construction of the buildings neighboring the tunnel of a certain section of the 2nd Line of the Qingdao Metro as the background,the blasting network for both the lower and upper benches is optimized by using the outside-hole delay technique for large-segment detonators,with the rapid excavation of the tunnel realized.The result proves that the outsidehole delay technique for large-segment detonators can make it possible to blast both the lower and upper benches by one-time blasting,as a result of which 1.5hours of the time of each blasting cycle is saved and the tunneling progress is greatly quickened.
