摘要
为了测得堵灰中NH_4HSO_4含量,对山西长治和河南安阳堵灰进行了热重实验和重量法测定SO2-4离子实验,得到TG和DTG曲线以及SO2-4离子含量,通过计算分析得到两种堵灰中NH_4HSO_4的含量,通过对两种堵灰中NH_4HSO_4的TG和DTG曲线分析,得出两者堵灰失重温度区相同,但失重量不同。另外,通过NH_4HSO_4含量φ推导出了单位时间单位面积初始堵灰颗粒数n0的新的计算方法,并得到新计算方法所计算出的NH_4HSO_4含量与实验测得含量高度吻合。研究结果对研究堵灰速率及发生堵灰的NH_4HSO_4临界含量的估计提供重要依据,通过NH_4HSO_4的反应方程式和熔点温度指出可通过控制空气预热器(空预器)低温段的温差来控制NH_4HSO_4的生成量。
In order to measure the NH4HSO4 content in ash,the thermogravimetric test and gravimetric method for the determination of SO2-4ion are both carried out in the blocking ash of Changzhi in Shanxi province and that of Anyang in Henan province. The TG and DTG curves as well as the content of SO2-4ion are obtained by using the above methods,and the content of NH4HSO4 in the two kinds of blocking ash is then got through calculation analysis. Based on the two kinds of TG and DTG curves analysis for the blocking the ashes of NH4HSO4,it is concluded that the weight loss temperature areas of the plugging ash of the both are the same but the quantity of the weight loss is different. Besides,the new calculation method of the initial blocking ash number in unit area and in unit time n0 is deduced with the content data of NH4HSO4. And the results obtained by the new method for the NH4HSO4 content calculation are highly consistent with the experimental data. The research results provide important basis for the estimation of ash blocking rate and the very content of NH4HSO4 for critical ash blocking. And it is concluded that the low-temperature difference of the air preheater(air preheater) could be used to control the generation of NH4HSO4,as is shown in the NH4HSO4's reaction equation and its melting point temperature.
