摘要
目的在社区卫生服务中心儿童保健中开展0~6月龄婴幼儿视力筛查工作,早期发现视力异常的患儿,给予早期干预。通过早期干预提高社区儿童整体健康水平。方法建立筛查标准,优化干预方案,对上海市颛桥社区卫生服务中心2014年9月1日—2015年8月31日出生的0~6月龄752名社区儿童进行视力筛查工作,筛查分析视力异常情况,对视力异常者进行干预。结果截止2016年6月30日,视力筛查4月龄入组儿童704人,6月龄682人。异常转诊33人,确认异常32人。结论在社区卫生服务中心开展0~6月龄婴幼儿的视力筛查工作取得了良好的效果,视力异常检出率提高,社区干预能力提高,减少了儿童低视力现象,提高了社区婴幼儿视力健康水平。
OBJECTIVE Community health service centers to carry out child care 0--6 month-old infant vision screening, early detec- tion of vision disorders in children, and to give early intervention, children in pre improve the overall health of the community through early.METHODS Establish standard screening, intervention programs optimized for my community September 1, 2014, Au- gust 31, 2015 born 0 ~ 9 months 752 children in the community for vision screening, vision screening analysis of anomalies, vision abnormal intervention.RESULTS As of June 30, 2016, vision screening for children 4 months of age enrolled 704 people, 682 peo- ple screened 6 months, 9 months（district） screened 457 people. Abnormal referral 33 people, 32 people confirmed exception. CONCLUSION In community health service centers to carry out child health 0 - 6 months vision screening and intervention program for infants and young children achieved tangible results, improved the it detection rate of abnormal vision, the ability to improve community intervention to reduce children with low vision, and raised the level of community health infant vision.
