摘要
文章分析了危险品道路运输安全管理存在的主要问题,识别了危险品道路运输安全风险因素,采用层次分析法确定了影响安全风险的主要因素,并针对主要因素建立了基于物联网技术的危险品道路运输安全管理系统,对驾驶员、运输车辆、危险品等方面进行全方位动态监控,从而防范和规避安全风险,最大限度降低安全事故发生的可能。
This paper analyzes the main problems of safety management of dangerous goods in road transport, identifies safety risk factors in road transport of dangerous goods, and adopts AHP to determine main factors influencing safety risks. Based on IOT technology and targeted to main factors, the present study establishes a safety transport management system for dangerous goods, take a full range of dynamic monitoring of drivers, transport vehicles, dangerous goods and others so as to prevent and avoid safety risks and also minimize the occurrence of accidents.
