摘要
目的探讨同步放化疗和单纯放疗治疗食管癌的近期效果及其对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2013年4月~2016年3月本院收治的80例食管癌患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取单纯放疗,观察组实施同步放化疗。比较两组的近期疗效、治疗前后的免疫功能指标(NK、Ts、Th、Th/Ts及总T淋巴细胞)。结果观察组有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者各项免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的Th、Th/Ts和总T淋巴细胞均低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者的NK和Ts差别不大(P>0.05)。结论同步放化疗是食管癌的有效治疗方案,同时还能提高患者的免疫功能。
Objective To evaluate short-term effects of concurrent chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy alone for esophageal cancer and its effect on immune function.Methods Eighty patients with esophageal cancer admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Pa- tients in the control group received radiotherapy alone,while patients in the observation group were given concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Short-term efficacy,immune function index （NK,Ts,Th,Th/Ts and total T Cells） before and after treat- ment in two groups were compared.Results Effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%,significantly higher than 65.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）.There was no significant difference in the immune function between two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）.After treatment,Th,Th/Ts,and total T cells was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）,but there was no signifisant difference in NK and Ts between two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Concurrent ehemoradiotherapy is an effective treatment for esophageal cancer,which can improve the immune function of patients,but also has significant results.
