摘要
目的 测定槐花和槐角中芦丁的含量。方法 采用高效毛细管电泳法。运行缓冲液为 5 0mmol·L-1硼酸缓冲液和 5 0mmol·L-1SDS ,pH 8 0 ;操作电压 2 0kV ;检测波长 2 6 0nm。结果 芦丁的线性范围为 0 0 16~ 0 75mg·ml-1,r=0 9995 ;加样回收率为 98 16 %~ 99 0 5 % ;方法精密度为 2 4 9%~ 2 76 %。结论 分析方法简便、快速、经济。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPCE method for determining rutin in Flos Sophorae and Fructus Sophorae .METHODS The Measurements were carried out in a buffer solution containing 50 mmol·L -1 boric acid solution and 50 mmol·L -1 SDS(pH 8.0),at 20 kV running voltage applied to a 50 cm×50 μm capillary column.The detection wavelength was 260 nm.RESULTS The linear range of rutin is 0.016 to 0.750 mg·ml -1 , RSD was 2.49% to 2.76%.The recovery of rutin was 98.16% to 99.05%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,economic and accurate.
