硫脲改性间苯二胺和己二胺环氧固化剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 用硫脲改性间苯二胺和己二胺,制备了一种新型环氧树脂固化剂。用涂膜硬度表征固化剂性能,对原料配比和固化环氧树脂条件进行了优化。结果表明,硫脲改性间苯二胺和己二胺的较佳配比为间苯二胺:己二胺:硫脲物质的量比为3:2:2.5;改性固化剂较佳固化条件为环氧树脂:固化剂质量比为100:15,先在60℃固化1 h,再在120℃固化2h,涂膜硬度可达8 H。新型环氧树脂固化剂的适用期为200 min。 A novel curing agent, thiourea modified m-phenylenediamine and hexamethylene diamine, was prepared The performance of the curing agent was characterized with the film hardness and the optimal conditions of raw materials ratio and curing process were studied. The results showed that the better mole ratio of m-phenylenediamine to hexamethylene diamine to thiourea was 3:2:2.5. the weight ratio of epoxy resin to curing agent was 100:15, after the epoxy resin was cured at 60 for 1 h and then cured continually at 120℃ for 2 h ,the hardness of cured resin film was 8 H. The working life of the novel curing agent was 200 min
