摘要
水电站大坝安全信息化建设是大坝安全管理的重要手段。结合锦屏一级水电站建设进程,总结了电站施工期和运行期安全监测信息化建设的工作内容、主要创新点及成效,包括系统框架构建、组网调试、信息管理及备份、应急处理等。系统多年运行状况表明,锦屏一级水电站安全监测信息化建设成果显著,对类似水电工程的安全管理信息化系统建设具有一定的借鉴作用。
Dam safety informatization construction is an important means of dam safety management. In combination with the construction process of Jinping Ⅰ Hydropower Station,the work contents,major innovation points and achievements of safety monitoring informatization construction in construction and operation period are summarized,including system frame construction,networking debugging,informatization management and backup,emergency management,etc. Years of system operation shows that the safety monitoring informatization construction in Jinping Ⅰ Hydropower Station has obtained remarkable achievements,which can provide reference for safety management informatization construction in other hydropower projects.
