摘要 为了提高柴油机电子控制单元(ECU)的故障诊断与控制能力,将SAE J1939CAN总线协议应用于ECU网络通信,并将模糊故障诊断算法应用于柴油机故障诊断系统;提出了一种柴油机控制与诊断节点设计方法,并利用LPC2119芯片实现了该节点,获取用于实时诊断和显示的实时运行数据;采用前后台模式进行诊断节点软件设计,对整个软件系统按功能进行了模块化分解;用CANoe对诊断节点、应用软件及通信能力进行了测试。实验表明,诊断节点和诊断模型设计达到了预定要求。柴油机的故障诊断与控制能力得到了有效提高。 In order to improve the fault diagnosis and control capabilities of diesel engine electronic control unit(ECU),this article will apply SAE J1939 CAN bus protocol to ECU's communications network,and apply fuzzy fault diagnosis algorithm to the diesel engine fault diagnosis system;The article proposes a design method of diesel engine control and diagnostic node,and use the chip LPC2119 to realize the node,to get real-time operating data for real-time diagnosis and display;The diagnostic node's software is designed "Background and Foreground"structure.According to function,the software system is decomposed several modules and these modules are called functional task;We set up a software simulation testing environment with CANoe software to test the diagnostic node,the software and the ability of the communication.Test results show that the diagnosis node and the fault diagnosis model have reached the predetermined requirements.And,they can improve the fault diagnosis and control capabilities of diesel.
