膳食营养干预对老年脑梗死住院患者生活质量和营养状况的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨膳食营养干预对老年脑梗死住院患者生活质量和营养状况的影响。方法 60例老年脑梗死住院患者分为观察组33例和对照组27例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施膳食营养干预。观察2组干预后生活质量改善情况,比较2组干预后血红蛋白和白蛋白水平。结果观察组健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组血红蛋白、白蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论膳食营养干预可改善老年脑梗死住院患者生活质量,提高营养水平,促进康复。 Objective To investigate the effect of dietary nutrition intervention on quality of life and nutritional status of long-term hospitalized senile patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 60 hospitalized senile patients with cerebral infarction were assigned to the observation group (n = 33) and the control group (n=21) . Both two groups received routine nursing care while the di-etary nutrition intervention was carried out in the observation group. The quality of life was evaluated by36-item short-form health survey questionnaire (SF-36). The level of hemoglobin and serum albu-min were compared between two groups after intervention. Results The score of physical function, mental function, social function and material life were higher in the observation group than those of controls after intervention, with significant difference (P 〈0. 05 o r P 〈0.01). Patients in the observa-tion group had a higher level of hemoglobin and serum albumin after intervention compared with those of patients in the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion The dietary nutrition intervention can im-prove the nutritional status and quality of life in senile patients with cerebral infarction.
