摘要
团队敬业度作为团队持续、积极的情感激活状态,以团队活力、团队奉献、团队专注为主要特征,是团队有效性研究的重要内容。采用文献研究法,结合团队有效性及个体层面敬业度研究成果,对团队敬业度概念、测量、影响因素及过程模型进行梳理发现,现有敬业度研究虽然基于不同视角提出了相应研究构念框架,但其存在重合和相互补充的问题。为此,构建了团队敬业度整合研究框架,并指出未来应进一步深入研究团队敬业度的作用机制。
Team work engagement as a whole and positive emergent state,which includes team vigor,team dedication and team absorption,is important for team effectiveness.Combining researches of team effectiveness and engagement by literature study,this study reviews the literature and addresses the conceptualization,measurement,influence factors,process model of team work engagement.The current research about team work engagement presents different perspectives and their advantages can be combined,therefore this paper presents the integration model for the emergence of team work engagement.Future research should deeply explore the process mechanism and empirical test of the integration model of team work engagement.
