摘要
文章回顾了老年精神音乐学在中国的兴起、发展和优势,论述了目前该学科的几个主要论域及其重要性。围绕音乐对老年群体生理功能的积极效应,对相关研究给予直接作用与间接作用的分类,并从神经生理学基础实验的角度总结了这方面的贡献。文章还分析了音乐对老年群体的知、情、意的调节作用,对老年人幸福感、美感、道德感及认知能力、意志力的有效影响并涉及到老年人音乐能力的保持、发展与迁移以及老年音乐教育的特殊性。最后,文章揭示了老年人在社会生活中的综合音乐活动方式、心理场的成因、形态与规律,探索了广播、影视、网络等音乐传播方式与老年人精神生活的关系。
With a review of the short history of Chinese musicological study in geriatric psychology, this article mainly classifies the major fields that are directly or indirectly related to the research dis- cipline and states the importance and achievements of the study, in accordance to the positive effects of music upon the physical functions of seniors and in the angle of the basic experiments in nerve physiology. It also analyzes the following details from case to case： the balancing function of music on geriatric cognition, emotion, and ideology ; the effective impacts on the senior sense of happiness, aesthetics, morality, cognitive ability, and willing power ; the maintenance, development, and trans- formation of geriatric music ability; and the specificity of geriatric music education. Finally, it sum- marizes the organizational patterns and psychological reasons which cause, shape, and regulate the mixed music activities of seniors in social life, including an exploration the relationship between the musical transmitting modes, such as radio broadcast, movie, TV, and Internet, and the senior mental life.
