摘要
针对天然气站场多属性指标风险评价的难点,提出采用模糊多属性理论方法来进行风险评价。将指标属性分为模糊属性指标和确定属性指标,针对不同属性指标采用不同的规范化处理方法。采用距离来衡量失效可能性大小和失效后果的严重程度,并计算风险距离。通过实例分析表明,多属性指标风险评价方法能够应用于天然气站场的风险评价中。
Aiming at the difficulties in the mulli-altribute risk assessment index of nalural gas station, it is proposed to evaluate the risk of nalural gas slation using fuzzy muhi-attrilmte theory At first, the indexes are divided into the fuzzy attribute indexes and the determi- nation attribute indexes. Secondly, the distance is used to measure the probability of the failure and the severity of the failm result, and the risk distance is calculated. Finally, the analysis of an example shows that the muhi-attribute index risk assessment method can be used for the risk assessment of natural gas station.
