摘要
针对电梯运行时轿厢振感明显的现象,通过建立电梯系统的运动微分方程,求得系统的固有频率。由于曳引机转子偏心引起曳引机振动,经钢丝绳传至轿厢而引起轿厢振动,因此提出通过抑制振动的传递来抑制轿厢振动的解决方案,设计了在曳引机底座下安装动力隔振器。通过仿真进行验证,结果表明,该方案具有良好的隔振效果。
Aiming at the apparent sense of the vibration in the running elevator car, the natural frequency of the system was obtained by establishing the differential equation for the motion of the elevator system. Since the rotor eccentricity of the traction machine caused the traction machine to vibrate and the vibration was transmitted to the car by the wire rope to create the vibration of the car. Therefore, a proposal was made to restrain the vibration of the car by suppressing the transmission of the vibration. It was designed to install the vibration isolator under the base of the traction machine. The theory has been demonstrated by the simulation and the results prove that the scheme has favorable effect of vibration isolation.
