摘要
广东某奶牛养殖场采用UASB+两级AO+化学除磷+稳定塘+人工湿地组合工艺处理养殖废水,出水水质COD≤70 mg/L,BOD_5≤20 mg/L,SS≤60 mg/L,NH_3-N≤10.0 mg/L,TP≤7.0 mg/L,粪大肠菌群数≤3 000个/L,各项指标均能达到广东省《水污染排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)中第二时段一级标准污染物排放限值的要求。该工艺运行稳定,耐冲击负荷强,高效,环境、社会效益显著。
The combined treatment processes consisted of UASB, two-stage AO, chemical removing phosphorus, oxidation pond and artificial wetland process were adopted to treat the dairy farm wastewater from a dairy farm in Guangdong Province. It was concluded that the effluent quality reached the demand of the first grade of water pollutant discharge limits ( DB 44/26--2001 ). Mass concentration of COD, BOD5, SS, NH3- N, and TP were less than or equal to 70, 20, 60, 10.0 mg/L and 7.0 mg/L. The number of fecal coliforms was less than or equal to 3 000 Cells/L. The process has the advantages of stable operation, strong resistance ability to shock loading, high efficiency and remarkable environmental and economic benefits.
