摘要
应用测试动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱的方法,研究Monel400/Q345R爆炸复合板在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性。实验结果表明:复板Monel400在实验条件下表现出钝性,腐蚀效率低,结合界面的腐蚀性能明显降低,自腐蚀电流较大,耐蚀性能与基板Q345R接近;爆炸焊接结合界面形成的组织结构、化学成分和力学性能不均匀性,是结合界面耐腐蚀性能降低主要原因。
The electrochemical corrosion resistance of Mone1400/Q345R explosion welding composite plate is investigated with dynamic potential polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurement respectively. The results show that Monel400 exhibits passivity, lower corrosion rates. The corrosion resistance is excellent. While the corrosion resistance of the explosive welding interface decreases, corrosion current increases. It is mainly due to the inhomogeneity of microstructure, chemical composition and mechanical property.
