摘要
通过建立吻合度和偏离度指标,从教师和学生视角测算我国职业教育与产业结构调整的适应性情况,实证结果显示,6项适应性计算结果仅3项合格,职业学校教师及其培养的学生专业结构与行业就业适应性明显不足,文化艺术类和信息技术类专业教师和学生表现突出。应积极引导教师转型,增加职业学校与地方产业结构适应程度的考核,强化企业、学校对职业学校师生的培养。
Through the establishment of goodness of fit and deviation indicators, we measure the adaptability of vocational education and the adjustment of industrial structure based on the perspective of teachers and students. Empirical results show that among 6 adaptability calculations, only 3 passes, the adaptability of professional structure and industrial employed structure of teachers in vocational schools and their students is obviously inadequate, especially teachers and students majoring in arts culture and information technology. Vocational colleges should actively guide the teacher to transform, increase assessment for adaptation of vocational schools and local the industrial structure, strengthen businesses and schools to train teachers and students in vocational schools.
