摘要
运用灰色理论,建立了涵盖水安全、水生态环境、水文化和水管理等因素的城市水生态文明建设成熟度评价模型.通过灰色评价权矩阵运算,将城市水生态文明建设成熟度从高至低分为5级:系统级、扩展级、开拓级、初始级、原始级,并对G市水生态文明建设成熟度进行实证评价.结果表明,该市水生态文明建设成熟度处于初始级,说明该市水生态文明建设还有较大的发展空间,模型所得结果较客观地反映了该市的现状.该模型为准确了解城市水生态文明建设所处阶段和确定城市水生态文明建设的发展方向提供了客观依据.
Based on the grey theory, an evaluation model of urban water ecological civilization con- struction maturity is established, which covers the factors of water security, water environment, water culture and water management. Through the grey evaluation weight matrix, the urban water ecological civilization construction is divided into 5 levels, system stage, expansion stage, develop- ment stage, initial stage and original level. An empirical evaluation of the water ecological civiliza- tion construction maturity in G city is carried out. The results show that the water ecological civili- zation construction is at the initial stage of maturity, which shows a larger development space exists in that the city for water ecological civilization construction. The model provides an objective basis for the accurate understanding of the stage of urban water ecological civilization construction and the development direction of the construction of urban water ecological civilization.
