摘要
目的了解应用微信对痛经女大学生行健康教育的效果,为探讨痛经女大学生健康教育新途径提供参考。方法于2016年3—5月选取大连某高校180例痛经女大学生(非医学专业),随机分为干预组(90名)和对照组(90名),干预组通过微信发放健康教育内容,并给予个性化指导;对照组入组时只发放健康教育手册。干预12周后比较两组患者痛经知识、态度/信念、行为及疼痛程度的得分情况。结果干预前,干预组与对照组痛经知识、态度、行为及疼痛程度得分差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。干预12周后,干预组女大学生痛经知识得分为(13.25±2.36)分,态度(39.32±3.69)分,行为(42.93±7.60)分,痛经疼痛程度(3.65±1.14)分;对照组女大学生对痛经知识的得分为(11.80±2.93)分,态度(36.02±3.33)分,行为(37.84±4.72)分,痛经疼痛程度(4.53±0.90)分,干预组和对照组得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论微信健康教育能提高女大学生对痛经知识的认知水平,增强健康教育的信念,养成自我管理行为,降低痛经的疼痛程度。
Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform on health education among female college students of dysmenorrhea, and tQ provide references for improving their living standards. Methods 180 cases of female college students of dysmenorrhea who were chosen from Dalian University were randomly divided into intervention group ( n = 90) and control group( n = 90), intervention group issued health education content and individualized guidance through WeChat. Control group only issued health education manual. Then the scores about their dysmenorrhea knowledge, attitude and behavior were compared af- ter 12 weeks. Results After 12 weeks" intervention, knowledge of female university students" in intervention group about dys- menorrhea scored 13.25±2.36, attitude scored 39.32±3.69, behavior scored 42.93±7.60, dysmenorrhea pain scored 3.65±1.14. Knowledge of female college students in control group about dysmenorrhea scored 11.80±2.93, the attitude scored 36.02±3.33, be- havior scored 37.84± 4.72, dysmenorrhea pain scored 4.53 ± 0.90. The score differences between intervention group and control group were statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion The health education through WeChat has improved the knowledge cognitive level of dysmenorrhea among female college students, improved the education of female college students" health beliefs, and improved female college students" self management behavior on dysmenorrhea.
