摘要
目的探讨多学科协作综合护理干预对老年髋部骨折患者术后日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院收治的老年髋部骨折患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用多学科协作综合护理干预,整个干预时间包括住院期间以及出院后3个月,比较两组患者髋关节功能和日常生活能力。结果出院3个月后,对照组Harris髋关节评分为(73.89±9.02)分,明显低于观察组的(84.39±8.69)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.960,P<0.05);对照组Barthel指数评分为(75.26±9.12)分,明显低于观察组的(84.39±8.75)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.274,P<0.05)。结论多学科协作综合护理干预能有效促进老年髋部骨折患者髋关节功能的恢复,提高患者日常生活能力,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative activity of daily living in elderly with hip fracture.Methods 70 elderly with hip fracture from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group were taken routine nursing,and on this basis observation group were taken multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive nursing intervention.The total intervention time included hospital stays and 3 months after discharge,the hip joint function and ADL of two groups were compared.Results Three months after treatment,the Harris hip joint score of control group was（73.89±9.02） points,which was significantly lower than（84.39±8.69） points of observation group,there was statisticant difference（t=4.960,P〈0.05）;the Barthel index score of control group was（75.26 ±9.12） points,which was significantly lower than（84.39 ±8.75） points of observation group,there was statisticant difference（t =4.274,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote recovery of hip joint function, increase activity of daily living and improve living quality,which has higher clinical application value.
