摘要
从癌因性疲乏的病因病机、辨证及治疗原则等方面进行综述,其辨证当以气血阴阳为纲,五脏虚证为目,补益是其基本治则,并从中医的中药、情志、艾灸及其他疗法方面总结了癌因性疲乏的中医治疗现状。
The author reviewed cancer-related fatigue （CRF） from the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis, differentiation and treatment principle, thought that differentiation with qixue and yinyang, the five internal organs deficiency syndrome for mesh, benefit is the basic therapeutic principle of treatment, and summarized the research status from several aspects.
