摘要
目的探讨情景模拟训练对手术室护士术前访视效果的影响。方法选取78名手术室护士为研究对象,采用情景模拟训练进行术前访视培训,包括组建师资、制订计划、设置内容、实施训练;训练结束后,采用护患沟通能力评价量表和患者术前访视满意度量表进行评价。结果情景模拟训练后,手术室护士沟通能力显著优于训练前(P<0.01或P<0.05);患者术前访视满意度显著优于训练前(P<0.01)。结论情景模拟训练提高了手术室护士护患沟通能力,密切了护患关系,在提高患者对手术前访视的满意度方面具有积极作用。
Objective To explore scenario simulation training on the effect of pre - operative interview of operating room nurses. Methods A total of 78 operating room nurses were selected as the research objects. They received pre - operative interview training under the guidance of cenario simulation training, which process was composed of establishing training team, developing training program, designing the training context and implementing the training scheme. After training, using nurse - patient communication ability scale and patients satisfactory of pre - operative interview scale to evaluate the training effect. Results After eenario simulation training, the communication ability of operating room nurses was significantly higher than before（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, and the patients satis- faction for preoperative interview was significantly better than before （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Scenario simulation training can improve the communication skills of operating room nurses,close the nurse -patient relationship,and play a positive role in improving the patients satisfaction for preoperative interview,
