摘要
目的:研究温经汤联合黄体酮胶囊治疗人工流产术后月经量少的临床效果。方法:36例人工流产术后月经量少患者,经期与卵泡期用温经汤加减治疗,黄体期服用黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察3个月疗程后经期、经量的变化。结果:治愈17例,好转16例,无效3例,总有效率91.67%,且36例患者中仅有2例有轻微胃肠道反应。结论:温经汤联合黄体酮胶囊治疗人工流产术后月经量少疗效满意。

Conclusion： warm soup with progestin capsule therapy after abortion menstrual quantity is little curative effect is satisfied.
