摘要
大学生实习是一个长期被讨论的话题。大学生实习能够为学生提供与自己的专业学习或者职业兴趣相关的实践经验,是一种体验式学习。研究主要从大学生实习的概念、测量、影响因素、实施效果、作用机制等五个方面对国内外有关大学生实习的相关研究进行了系统梳理与评析。针对现有研究存在的问题和不足,未来研究应注意从实习的概念界定、理论基础、测量及有效性等方面展开努力。
The internship of college students is a long discussed topic. College students internship which can provide students with work experience related to their own professional learning and professional interest, is a kind of experiential learning. The research systematically reviewed and analyzed the concept, measurement, influencing factor and implementation effect of college students＇ internship research. In view of the existing problems and shortcomings, future research should pay attention to the definition, theoretical basis, measurement and effectiveness of internship.
