摘要
省域高水平大学是某一省域范围内质量高、特色明、潜力大的中央及地方高校。建设省域高水平大学主要是为了对接与策应国家"双一流"建设计划,服务国家创新发展战略与区域经济社会发展,以及发展中国特色、世界水平的现代高等教育。在探索实践中有关省份根据各自的经济社会发展需要和高等教育现实基础,形成了平台建设、学科建设和"双重点"建设的三种路径模式。未来省域高水平大学建设既要体现世界水平,更要凸显中国特色;既要注重顶层设计和上层推动,更要尊重基层首创和管理自治;既要重点建设率先突破,更要全面带动整体水平提升。
The provincial high-level universities refer to those which are the central or local universities with high quality, special characteristics and great potential in a certain province. The construction is mainly abutting the plan of the national ＂double world-class＂ construction, serving the development strategy of national innovation and social development of regional economy and developing the modem higher-education of world level with Chinese characteristics. According to the development requirements of economy-society and the base of their higher education realities during the exploration and practice, some related provinces have formed tht^e path modes which are platform construction, discipline construction and the ＂dual key＂ construction. The construction in the future should embody the world level and highlight Chinese characteristics, pay attention to the top-level design and upper promotion and respect local initiatives and management autonomy and promote the first breakthrough of key construction and the overall level.
