摘要
科学发展观是我们党关于如何发展、怎样发展的科学认识,蕴含着丰富的生态思想,是生态文明建设的重要理论成果。绿色发展是在科学发展观基础上的关于发展的又一新的理论成果;在十八届五中全会上,绿色发展作为并行于创新、协调、开放、共享的五大发展理念之一被提出来并对此进行了具体的阐述。绿色发展的理念在生态理论与生态实践上进一步深化了"发展"、"以人为本"、"全面、协调、可持续"等生态思想的内涵,丰富了科学发展观的内涵,是对我国生态文明建设理论与实践的重要突破,具有重要的理论价值与实践价值。
The Scientific Development Concept,a scientific comprehension about development,shows enough consideration for ecology in itself,and is an important resultant theory of ecological civilization construction. The Concept of Green Development,a new theory based on the Scientific Development Concept,proposed and elaborated as one of the five development concepts（ the other four concepts being innovation,coordination,opening-up and benifit-sharing） in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,has deepened the ecology connotation of ＂developing＂,＂peopleoriented＂,＂comprehensive＂,＂coordinated＂and ＂sustainable＂ideas on both theoretical and empirical bases. It therefore enriches the connotation of the Scientific Development Concept and has important theoretical and practical value. What＇s more,it has extremely important realistic value for turning out an important breakthrough on both ecological civilization theory and practice.
