摘要
作为轮胎胎面拾取系统的重要组成部分,胎面翻转机构翻转胎面的效果直接影响胎面质量及生产效率.给出一种新型胎面翻转机构,为了探讨影响翻转效果因素及影响关系,对胎面翻转过程进行了运动学分析,从理论上推断出不同参数对翻转效果产生的影响;并利用机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了胎面翻转机构仿真模型,通过改变翻转速度、摩擦系数等参数,对胎面翻转过程进行了不同控制条件下的仿真.研究了翻转速度、摩擦系数等因素对翻转效果的影响规律,为翻转电机选型、确定翻转速度控制规律以及翻转机构摩擦系数和材料的选择提供了参考和依据.
As an important part of the tire tread pickup system,the tread overturning mechanism's effect of the flip tread directly influences the quality of the tread and the production efficiency.It presents a new tread overturning mechanism,In order to investigate the factors which affect the rollover effects and the specific relationship of the effects,conducted a kinematic analysis of the tread rollover process,and inferred the influence of rollover effects on different parameters theoretically; and the tread overturning mechanism simulation model is established by using the mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS,the simulation of the tread overturning is setted up under different control condition,through changing the parameters such as rotating speed and friction coefficient,the influence law of rollover effect is studied on the turning speed,friction coefficient,and providing reference and evidence for the selection of the turning motor,the selection of materials and friction coefficient of the tread overturning mechanism,and the determination of the control law of the turning speed.
