摘要
探讨应用USTER AFIS单纤维测试仪降低精梳落棉率,稳定产品质量,降低生产成本的有效途径。对比了棉结AFIS检测和目测的差异,分析了棉条棉结与成纱棉结的关系;在短绒率控制和精梳落棉控制方面,分析了通过AFIS单纤维测试仪控制短绒率、精梳落棉率,优化梳理器材的方法。指出:AFIS单纤维测试仪提供的棉结与条干均匀仪测定的成纱棉结不呈线性关系,要通过成纱质量试验来验证;运用AFIS单纤维测试仪可优化上机工艺、建立半制品棉结和短绒率的内控指标、查找质量薄弱环节、监控设备除杂效果及纤维在加工过程中的短绒率变化情况,合理进行设备的维护、保养,降低生产成本。认为:运用AFIS单纤维测试仪控制棉条短绒率的增长是控制成纱质量的核心。
Effective methods of reducing short fiber content, stabilizing product quality and reducing cost of production by using USTER AFIS single fiber tester were discussed. The difference between nep AFIS test and eye exam was contrasted,the correlation between cotlon sliver neps and yarn nep was analyzed. The methods of controlling short fiber content and combed waste percentage,optimizing carding accessories using AFIS single fiber tester were analyzed. It is pointed that the relationship between nep testing by AFIS single fiber tester and yarn nep testing by evenness tester is not of linear type and tested through yarn quality experiments. By AFIS single fiber tester, production technology could be optimized, the internal control index of semi-products nep and short fiber content could be established, the weakness of quality could be found out, the effect of removing the impurity and the changes of short fiber content in the process are monitored. The equipments could be maintained reasonably and the cost of production could be reduced. It is considered that the core of controlling the yarn quality lies in controlling the increase of cotton sliver short fiber content by AFIS single fiber tester.
