摘要
目的调查分析北京市某汽车装饰有限公司新建项目对职业病的控制,为监管部门对建设项目的职业卫生审查提供科学技术依据。方法对企业开展现场调查、对新建项目开展职业有害因素检测分析相结合。结果本建项目在生产的工艺、设备的布局、车间建筑卫生学要求、辅助卫生用室设置及个体防护措施等方面符合国家有关职业卫生的标准、规范的要求。经检测,该项目在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素(甲苯、噪声)结果是符合国家相关接触限值的要求。结论该项目在生产过程中如果保证其生产工艺不变、设备运转正常、工人合规操作的前提,其存在的职业病危害因素是可以得到有效控制。
Objective To investigate the prevention of occupational hazard in the production process of a certain automobile decoration company in Beijing to provide the scientific and technical basis to the supervision department which review the occupational health of the construction project. Methods Conducton- site investigation of enterprises, Detection and analysis occupational hazardous factors in newly built projects, Combination of the two methods. Results The total layout, production process and equipment layout, occupational hazard prevention facility, personal protective equipment, occupational health management and emergency rescue and other aspects can meet the requirements of the national laws and regulations, The main occupational disease hazard factors in the production process of the project（toluene,noise） have met the requirement of the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion If the production process is not changed, equipment operation is normal, worker compliance operation, when The project is in the process of production. The occupational disease risk factors could be controlled effectively, and The project which is analysed from the perspective of occupational health is feasible.
