摘要
本文提出一种基于变异系数法和灰色关联度分析方法的电网短路电流抑制方案综合评价方法。首先,该方法利用变异系数法计算电网短路电流抑制方案中各限流效果指标的权值,权值反映了不同限流效果指标的相对重要程度。其次,根据灰色关联度分析法实现电网短路电流抑制方案的综合评价,将电网短路电流抑制方案中不同性质和不同量纲的指标综合成一个指标,即灰色关联度指标。通过对该指标进行比较实现电网短路电流抑制方案的评价择优。评价过程中主要选取了电网短路电流、静态安全性、暂态稳定性和经济性等作为评价指标。最后,通过算例验证了所提评价方法的有效性。
A comprehensive evaluation method on short circuit current restraining scheme is presented in this paper based on variation coefficient method and grey correlation method. Firstly, variation coefficient method is used to calcu- late the weights of the current restraining indexes in this scheme, which reflects the relative importance degrees. Sec- ondly, the comprehensive evaluation of the scheme is realized by applying grey correlation method, and the indexes with different attributes and dimensions are integrated as grey correlation index. Finally, the evaluation and selection of the schemes are realized through comparing the indexes of different schemes. In the evaluation process, a few indexes, such as short circuit current, steady-state security index, transient stability index and economical efficiency, are used for evaluation. The result of a numerical example indicates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
